Original Versa-Pod product designed for SOCOM Operators. The SOCOM Model 698 is extremely strong with an all steel chassis and PA66 molding construction. The PA66 molding gives this fore grip superior strength without the added weight. Overall, an Indestructible design and extremely light weight. This ribbed style grip is designed to provide the shooter a positive grip in all conditions and weather. This allows full muzzle control with either bare or gloved hands. The SOCOM Model 698 will reduce muzzle climb and increase accuracy with any semi-auto, full-auto, or burst fire firearm. This version also features a quick release sling loop pocket, which allows an additional point to attach your sling. Fits all MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny Rails, and like all Versa-Pod Adapters mounts easily in seconds.
