Legs extend from 7"-9".The Model 923 has raptor feet for locking down into just about any surface in any conditions. It also has a quick release MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny head for quick and easy take down and storage. On this model the legs are NOT spring loaded and extend from 7"-9".
