I bought this for a recent build and aimed to create an A2-style rifle using high-quality products from a reputable source. I started with a billet lower and couldn't be happier with my purchase. This product was delivered promptly and performed exceptionally well. I highly recommend it.

This AR ejection port cover was the closest match in color to all my other upgrades. Installation is straightforward, with the only challenge being removing the old one. Handle the small C clip with care during the process, as it's not necessary for reinstallation, but it's handy to have for future AR builds.

The fit is excellent, the material is sturdy and substantial. It securely attaches to the receiver and integrates seamlessly with the rod and opening. The color is vivid and complements my other Timber Creek components. A great purchase that I would make again.

The timber creek billet dust cover was gifted this product and after reading negative reviews, I was curious and a little apprehensive about using it with my new Aero slickside upper. However, upon receiving it, I was pleasantly surprised by its appearance and quality. The machining and anodizing were impressive. Before winding the spring, I tried it out on the rod and it snapped shut perfectly, demonstrating the right amount of tension when opened manually. However, after installing the spring, the cover would no longer snap shut. I quickly realized that the problem was with the spring and upon inspection, I noticed that the long end of the spring had a slot milled in the back of the dust cover, but the short end was getting squeezed between the receiver and the dust cover. To fix the issue, I simply bent a 90-degree angle in the short end of the spring, ensuring it wouldn't get squeezed. Now it works perfectly. Timber Creek could improve by either milling a slot for both ends of the spring or bending the spring end as I did. Nonetheless, the issue was easily solved and took less time than finding a needle nose plier. It's hard for me to deduct points for a problem that was easily solved. If you encounter a similar issue, don't be intimidated. It's a minor problem that can be fixed quickly.

I was searching for a cover that would work with my Aero Precision M4E1 upper and after trying out several options that turned out to be incompatible, I found the timber creek dust cover. Despite not finding the compatibility information, I decided to give it a shot and ordered it. Initially, it was difficult to get it to stay closed but after adding a drop of oil to the ball and working it in, it now operates smoothly and stays securely shut. I am thoroughly impressed and will be purchasing again for my future builds.
