Great green laser with pressure switch for price

I turn the laser on manually by twisting it, and off the same way. I don't have experience with the pressure switch, so I can't comment on its complaints. I used the laser on a Hi-Point .45 auto carbine and aligned it with iron sights at 50 yards. I shot 100 rounds of cheap Russian ammo and was still accurate, hitting pop cans and golf balls. The mount didn't shift and the laser stayed true all day. I was impressed with its performance, especially considering the Hi-Point carbine's low cost. The laser projects farther than the human eye can see and is easier to spot in daylight than a red laser.

The Laser is fantastic. It's easily visible from 300 yards in bright sunlight. I mounted it on a Mossberg 590 Shockwave, and it had no issues with recoil or shifting impact between shots at 25 yards. Setting the zero was simple, even with slugs. At 25 yards, I was able to get nice cloverleaf groups from a rest.

The NcSTAR green laser sight works effectively on an AR 15 and maintains its accuracy. For optimal operation with the pressure switch, it's important to tighten the tail cap properly. The laser beam is clear and vivid. To achieve proper zeroing, align the marking on the front cap as indicated and make small, 1/8 turn or less adjustments until zero is achieved.

    Bright AR-15 Laser

I have this laser on an AR-15 platform for over two years, and it works fine. Mine came with a remote pressure switch that was not to my liking, so I ordered a different one and soldered it myself to the original end cap. Upon removing what's needed to get to the solder joints, I found the original solder joints were broke; This caused the laser to work intermittent at best. Upon replacing the switch, this laser has held up great even after hundreds of rounds down the barrel. Others commented it is hard to sight in. The adjustment screws are extremely sensitive so go slow on your adjustments. If you're not sure if you turned the screw, you probably did. This thing is so bright you do not need a weapon light to navigate your house. This will light up the entire room

Ncstar green laser is not too bad

It's not too bad--for its cost range. The machine/mill work is quite nice. But, if you want real military grade, then expect to pay the higher amount for those lasers intended for serious recoil--this is not it. It is however, very easy to setup, adjust windage and elevation, and change the battery without any fuss. The included mounting bracket does the job, and can hold other items such as a flashlight if desired. My recommendation for this particular laser, is to put it on a Ruger 10/22 w/bipod, and add a BMF Activator to the trigger. I mounted it where the scope use to sit--looks pretty sharp.

Vastly More Visible than Red or Blue Lasers

The eye is most sensitive to green; the beam is visible in the air showing dust in the path, so the beam is easy to see and direct to the target. I use it on Marlin 1894 held loosely near shoulder or hip-high to hunt feral hogs in brush. Easy point. Sure kill.

Best low priced Green Laser out there

The laster costs half as much as other green lasers and is just as powerful. Looking around at the 200+ ones, they were still class3a with either equal or maybe a tiny bit more power. In any case, it works great on my M4 and looks kinda cool on my Glock 22 just for kicks.

Good unit and the packaging is very nice. Outstanding performance. I am mounting it on my Colt M4 22lr. Was a breeze. The only two issues that could be improved on is. 1)Windage and elevation adjustments are on the front of the laser, which makes it a pain in the** to set because your hands get in the way of the beam. 2) The overall size is just a little too big.

I bought this for a longer-range daylight laser for my new rifle. This is easily visible to 50-60 yards in sunlight and goes for a much farther distance in dusky conditions. the pressure switch works very well, and the laser holds zero perfectly. Highly recommend this laser!

I don't use the pressure switch, so I can't comment on those complaints. I reach up and twist it to turn it on manually when I want to use it and twist to turn it off when not. I used this laser on a Hi-Point .45 auto carbine and set it up by simply aligning it with the iron sights at about 50 yards. I fired about 100 rounds of the dirtiest, cheapest Russian ammo through it I could find, and it was still incredibly accurate (I was hitting pop can and golf ball-sized targets consistently with a .45 auto round at 50 yards with this setup!), mount never shifted from initial setup position and stayed true all day. I was impressed with the laser as well as this inexpensive Hi-Point .45 carbine!!!

Best Green you can get for the price

Ok, I will first say this is probably the cheapest and brightest green laser you will get. The pressure switch has given others and my problems; it just seems to work shortly...then a connection somewhere gives out. On top of that, the laser is brighter with the tail switch anyways. If you plan on using this with the tail switch, which can be pushed for momentary, or twisted for constant on, then it's a great buy. This laser is big, so I wouldn't recommend it for a pistol. To get an idea of size, I'd say the length is about 2.5 cr123's, and about %50 wider than them. I mounted mine on a rail on an MP-22(or AR-15, in 22 for those who don't know). Zeroing is fine; the problem, due to the size, is that you will get "cross over," meaning that if you zero at say 50 yards, the laser will be off (either up, down, or side to side) depending on where you mounted it. It will also go off as distance increases beyond your zero. If you have a mil-dot scope or similar, you may be able to get the laser parallel to one of the mills, which could be useful; say, you would always hit 2 inches high. Other than that, it's great. One last thing, this is bright....very bright, so bright I fear it may cause splash radiation, so I'm cautious to shine it on reflective objects around the house, for example. It shouldn't cause permanent eye damage...but it is made in china.
