Customer Ratings & Reviews
Great product. Tight tolerances. Mil Spec steel stock. And the integrated steel sights are completely necessary and functional. Really happy with this purchase. The quality, design, and functionality are challenging my presumption that slide milling is the only permanent solution for pistol MRDS mounting.
WOW! Dueck Defense RBU Glock mount
My first reaction to this mount was WoW! The dueck defense rbu looks, feels, and is exactly how it is described. It was a simple install, and I have not have had any issues with it since purchasing. The backup iron sights make are a nice back up just in case the red dot was to die, or you don't have time to turn the red dot on.
Easy to install and use
I used the Dueck Defense RBU to mount a Holosun HS507C to my Glock 17 (the Holosun uses an RMR footprint). It was pretty straightforward to install (just be careful not to deform the aluminum if you have to tap it into place), though I had to change mounting screws--the ones that came with it were too long for the sight. You'll need shorter #6 screws; I think 1/4" long. It has held up well through a few hundred rounds so far. One of these days I'll turn the sight off and try the backup sight feature, but this is definitely easier and faster than getting your slide milled, particularly if you're on the fence about the MRDS concept and don't want to modify anything yet permanently.
CW3 Army (Ret)
I recently purchased an RBU for a Trijicon RMR for one of my GLock(s) *(17). It is outstanding. Highly recommended this RBU. Looking forward to have another one for a Sig 229 Legion (.357sig) that I recently purchased.
