This AR15 Stock has an excellent appearance and feels good in the hand. The storage compartment is easy to open, and seals shut securely without any rattling noise. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, although the slide on mine could have been a bit tighter. However, it was a quick and simple fix to apply a little adhesive-backed felt to it.

I had a tight fit when installing this product onto my LE6920 rifle from a milspec stock. However, after slightly filing down the guide rails, it now slides easily and has a tight, secure fit with no looseness. This is the best rifle buttstock I have used. I plan to purchase more in the future. The storage compartment is a convenient feature, as it holds Allen wrenches, an extra firing pin, piston rings, an ejector kit, a bore snake, and a scope cloth. The grip also has a bottle of oil, which is a nice touch. Overall, I am delighted with this product.

I love the design of this AR 15 stock. However, it took some work to make it work. It was too tight of a fit on the mil-spec buffer tube. It could not be adjusted and it would not come off after initial installation. When it was forcibly removed, the ribs on the inside needed to be filed down to make it work properly. It was the same problem on three different tubes, so it is not the tube. It was poorly molded. BUT it can be made to work!

Quality-wise, this AR15 stock is exceptional. It is a bit of a tight fit at first, I used a little Frog Lube on the buffer tube to get it on. It took a few times sliding back and forth to get it to the point that it would slide easily. The advantage of the tight fit is the stock does not wobble or make any noise when the firearm is being moved around. The pivot point of the storage compartment can catch on loose clothing if you are unaware of it but it makes for a nice hook point for stabilizing the butt of the stock against your shoulder with your off-hand. My only complaint is the color "Flat Dark Earth" is indeed flat but is not dark in any way and has more sand tone than the earth, not a huge deal breaker for me as I was planning on DuraCoating the rifle and parts anyway.

I have two of these AR Stocks. That should be enough right there. I have tried the Magpul stock, and a standard M4 stock. I just like this one. It is light, and solid. It is a little tight at first. That is a good thing. No rattle. The storage compartment is a great option too. I keep a bore snake in there. By the way, I am no fanboy of MFT either. I actually can't stand there rails. The stock however is truley great. As are the pistol grips.

I'm surprised that there aren't more reviews on this AR stock. It is absolutely perfect. It's lighter than a Magpul MOE with the extended buttpad installed PLUS it offers plenty of storage and it locks up SUPER tight on my LMT buffer tube. Comfortable to shoot and not super-wide like a Magpul STR. The best stock ever in my opinion and I've tried more than a few! Some of MFT's stuff is just rebranded CAA garbage but this is a whole new product and it deserves attention. Some serious engineering and thought went into producing this product. If you're on the fence, just take my word for it and pick one up - thank me later.
