AIM Sports Red Dot Sight Dual Illuminated Reticles review
In the box, it includes the sight, two allen keys, and a spare battery. Taking a closer look, it has settings for windage and elevation, and the battery fits neatly into its compartment. Notably, the sight offers two colors - red and green, each with three brightness settings. When aligned with the letter, the sight is turned off. It features four different reticle designs, though my camera struggles to capture them clearly. The lens has a reflective coating, and there's a protective sleeve included for the lens. When mounted, the sight displays a clear dot (in this demo, a red one at its brightest setting). The lens has a darker tint, ensuring comfortable viewing without straining the eyes. The packaging claims unlimited eye relief, and in my experience, that's accurate.
inexpensive red dot sight
I lately purchased this inexpensive red dot sight to mount on the ruger Mark III Hunter. It's unusually robust, precise and holds target perfectly. At least during my first 500 rounds so far. After sighting it, it was keeping the target in a 1.5 diameter circle, dead center, in an indoor range in 50'. All the four unique redicles are crisp/sharp and nicely defined. Every one of the colors has adjustable strength. I used the red, the lowest intensity, redicle on all my shots. I don't have any doubt that the other combinations will do both well. I don't know how well this view will perform outside in bright sunshine, nor on a firearm with low recoil with time. This isn't to say that I believe it'll be problematic. Just mean that I've not analyzed it in this fashion. This sight will stay on my low recoil pistol, and I seldom shoot this gun in full sun. Almost constantly shoot targets indoors, or plink outdoors position under a covered top. Summation: This view completes the best at a high quality. Low recoil firearm. And measurably improves the ability of the shooter. I'd recommend it without reservation.
