DPM Recoil Reduction System Sig Sauer P365 XL (X-Series) 3.7″ Barrel(94 mm). *B.O.S.S

The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System is a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod, it does not require any modification to the gun and offers 8 adjustable user settings.

*B.O.S.S : Black Oxide Stainless Steel its an innovative coating technology applied usualy on the visible parts of the recoil system.

    DPM MECHANICAL RECOIL REDUCTION SYSTEM
The DPM Recoil Reduction System works due to the multi-spring intricate rod (three springs) effects like a brake on the slide, but only before stopped on the frame to the last 6 to 8 millimeters of the movement.

The system includes 4 external springs, the external springs are different in length (also in power) so the user can fine tune the pistol on the opening and locking positions (slide on the battery) according to his/hers personal standards. The longer spring (more coils) is stronger and has a heavier pound rating than the shorter springs.

The system includes also two different spring plugs. The spring plug with the marked groove is offering a heavier buffer effect and the spring plug with flat surface offers a lighter buffer effect (slide full open position).

    ATTENTION:

The spring plug must always be installed when the DPM Recoil Rod and springs are used.

I can really tell a big difference in the P365XL with DPM recoil spring. The recoil impulse feels more manageable & racking the slide even feels smoother. I used the short buffer with the longest spring.

Excellent tuning ability over the stock spring system! I love that I can change out for competition, range and defensive ammo!

A Real P365 XL recoil reduction system

The spring system does reduce the recoil of the P365 XL. If you use +p defensive ammo, this will help reduce muzzle flip, give you slightly faster follow up, and help to reduce the chance of developing a flinch from using hot ammo like Underwood or Buffalo Bore. My preferred setup was the large buffer with either of the medium-length springs. 115gr FMJ is soft shooting, and hot 90gr Underwood XD +p is easy to manage. I do plan on switching to standard pressure 90gr or 68gr XD to benefit from the reduced wear and tear that both standard pressure ammo and the DPM spring system impart to your firearm. I would give five stars if it were cheaper but worth it to switch regardless, and an easy recommendation.
