This scope mount fits the Smith Wesson Model 41 .22 pistol
Generally the Model 41 comes drilled and tapped from the factory. Can be installed quickly with screws provided.
It can also be installed on older non drilled and tapped pistols by drilling and tapping your barrel.
Accepts all Weaver and Picatinny style rings and accessories. Includes mounting screws.
Screws are 6-48 and are supplied.
4-3/4" in length, 6061 T-6 Hardened Aluminum, black matte anodized finish, weighs 1.7 ounces.

Mount fits great and serves the purpose it was meant to do. I used this rail to mount a reflex sight on my S & W Model 41. If there was anything that I could change about this rail, it would be the length. It's okay for a scope. But, just for my preference and for appearance sake. I would have liked to have had one that used only 3 of the 4 mounting holes. And was then cut off about 1/4" - 3/8" past the front mounting screw and tapered down to the barrel. All-in-it I am very satisfied with it the way it is!

I ordered this scope mount and somehow the order showed qty-2 (I only ordered 1) when I get the email order confirmation. I called after hours so I left a voice message... The next morning I recieved a call from a very nice young lady saying that the order was fixed to recieve only 1 mount and that it was already packed and ready to ship that day. Arrived on time!... Overall first inspection, nice machining and finish!... Put it in place and it fits the curve on top just right, all the mounting screw holes line up, and I can still use the iron sights with the mount in place but without optics attached. No need to remove the rear sights to use this mount and they remain functional! Still choosing the optics but with what I have seen so far... I expect that I will be very pleased that I chose this mount! If I experience any problems I will update this post. But, I don't think you'll hear back from me until my next purchase here...
