Nightforce One-Piece Remington 700 Short Action Steel Bases w/ 20 MOA
An integral recoil lug machined on the bottom of the base provides a precise fit when bedded to the rifle's action, preventing any movement of the base or recoil stress on screws holding the base to the receiver.
The Nightforce one-piece bases are machined to exact Picatinny Mil. Std. 1913 specification rail dimensions. This design allows the same scope to be used on several different rifles, always optimizing eye relief. With 20 M.O.A. tapers. Designed for right-or left-hand actions, our bases will never interfere with loading or extraction.

Got one of these for a Remington 700 lefthand SPS, although the description does not specify left or right. It's made to be used for either. Easy to install torqued to 25-inch pounds, rock-solid.

Mounted base to Rem 700 BDL in 22-250 with a Douglas bull barrel. The fit was perfect. All mounting screws were included. Have used other one-piece bases in the past, but this one allows more adjustment of the scope for eye relief. I would definitely use this base again.

I added this a Remington 700 scope mount to give me the extra 20 MOA's needed for long-range shots. This mount works great, giving me the extra MOA's where I am not guessing on my holdover. I can dial in the dope and be on target. Without it, I was maxing out on the elevation dial.

I put this mount on a Remy 700, 308. I wanted to shoot up to 1000 yards, and this mount with the 20 moa angle allows for the extra elevation I need to zero my rifle at 100 yards and dial in 1000. Great finish, and the steel is sturdy and heavy, just what I wanted for a tactical/sport rifle. For the money, this is the amount to get. I would buy it again if I build another rifle.

Easy installation! I have this mounted on a Remington Model 700 SPS AAC-SD in a .308 caliber. The scope is a Leupold VXR Patrol 3-9x40mm. Average size three-shot groups are 3/4" at 100 yards.
