The sling is well made, good adjustment. Seems to be heavy duty and will last.

I bought this AR Sling to upgrade my existing cheap single-point strap. I like the quality of Magpul products, so was confident somce they make the best AR accessories. I needed the non QD version cause my gun is older variety with an eyelet attachment point. The problem was that the clip gets in the way of butt stock closing all the way. Also, the sling gets in the way of the pistol grip when I reach quickly for the rifle. This more of a gripe related to the location of the single-point attachment rather than the sling itself. The sling is nice and works well enough. I'm keeping it and using it on another weapon and sticking with my original sling for now. I might do the full QD upgrade to eliminate the sling location problem or just live with it.

Versatile (because you can choose between single or double point) and rugged. Gets the job done. Easily adjustable during operation so you can make it tighter as needed to secure your weapon closer to your body during various activities requiring such action.

Totally satisfied with the Magpul ms3 sling. Has the ability to convert from a 1point or 2sling in seconds. Sewing and stitching are strong compared with more High Dollar Slings. Locking Paraclips is a plus they are reliable as well, and worth the price. I chose coyote as it matches the FDE colors for me. I run this sling on my M-870 or Blackout-300, M-16. Sling adjustable to all also seems to fit many statutes of people, Magpul did an excellent well thought out job on this one.

I love this Magpul ms3 gen2 sling. beefy construction without being too bulky. You know this sling will last based on the feel and look of it. Easy to go from 1-point to 2-point. Easy to adjust. Clamps are really strong. I plan on getting the QD version of this (MS4) for one of my builds and also getting another one (MS3) in gray for my other build.

The Magpul ms3 sling gen 2 is durable, heavy-duty construction, the fast action adjustment works great. Provides options for single or two-point mounting. All the buckles and hardware are very high quality and built for professional use. Wide straps offer comfortable, secure carry for the rifle, even my MR556, which is a heavier AR, carries comfortably with this sling.

I thought the MS3 was the best thing since sliced bread until I got hooked up on the loop once. I bought the Magpul MS3 Gen2 sling, and it is the best thing since sliced bread without the loop. The slider works easily and locks where you put it. This should be a great hit for Magpul. If you have an MS3 Gen1 and want to upgrade to Gen 2, just buy the MS1 sling and change over the hardware.

Running a rifle without a mission-adapted sling is like carrying a handgun without a holster. People who haven't deployed a rifle in life-threatening situations don't appreciate a truly adaptable and end-user friendly sling. Many years ago, I began looking for a sling to fit my needs, based upon my operational experiences. I needed a single point to maneuver in tight spaces in urban environments. But I also needed a sling that could allow me to put the rifle on my back while climbing and going hands-on with individuals. I liked the original Magpul sling, but the rolling locks were cumbersome while trying to transition under stress. So I continued to look. Then the Magpul sling was re-released with the part clips. This became my "go-to" sling. I could quickly switch from reliable to support side shooing, get into non-standard shooting positions, and quickly transition to a two-point configuration for a sling support shot or sling the rifle over my back. The only drawback was the large loop. It was under my left arm and was difficult to transition while wearing thick body armor. This latest version eliminated the loop, and the slider allows for smooth transitions. I can quickly tighten or loosen the sling length to accommodate different shooting positions, or for carrying without the rifle slapping against me while running or climbing. The newer material doesn't fray easily, and the paraclips are very sturdy and resist wear. The magpul paraclip has a metal hook and a polymer body.

You have to try a Magpul MS3 Sling to appreciate it. The material is better than anything else I have used or tried. After using this tactical sling, you realize they knew precisely what they were doing.

MAGPUL is one of the best name brands out there with the even better price! Magpul MS3 Sling is simple to install and use. I use the Magpul ASAP along with a quick disconnect mount. This Magpul sling easily converts from a single point to multipoint rifle sling.

For those of you who like to hunt with an AR from a tree stand, this Magpul MS3 Sling is the good Safety Teather for your rifle in a tree stand. It's like a Match Made in Heaven! I will be coming back to order more Magpul AR accessories from MSP very soon.

The Magpul MS3 sling is very versatile and straightforward to use. The MS3 sling has many adjustments, which allow some versatility. It has one fastest adjust buckle that is easy to use one-handed and doesn't come loose. The immediate-release makes it easy to transition from 1 to 2 point positions. I am using it with the Magpul ASAP on the rear and RSA on the front.
