MSP Shipping was quick. This M1A Cleaning Kit looks like Military issue and will clean and lube your M1A. It fits into the stock efficiently. I have filled one end of the lube container with CLP and am leaving it out overnight to see if it drips. Very happy with this cleaning kit. Bore brush works flawlessly. Nice to have inside the stock and with the rifle. It is highly recommended.

Works well. I keep mine in the rifle case since there is no spot for in the buttstock on the archangel stock. Excellent for cleaning the M14 at the range and takes up only a tiny space. I prefer to clean the rifle at the range just after shooting. It appears to clean easier (the bore and chamber) just after firing is completed. It gets field stripped after returning home and an excellent proper cleaning, including the gas piston.

This kit was very difficult to get rammed in the butt stock of the M1A. I still can't get the brush or the one piece of cleaning rod with the nylon spacer attached to it... As to the question below about recommending this I would have to say the jury is still out. The little oil bottle comes with a rusty metal piece of metal sticking out on both sides..
