In October 2019 the overall length of this mount was changed from 5.488" to 5.094" to accomodate takedown models. If you purchase a mount from a third party seller there is a chance it may be older and not fit your takedown.
*This mount will fit the Benelli R1 Rifles. It will cover the middle hole on their action, but will use the front and back pairs.
***This mount does not fit the BAR ShortTrac Hog Stalker. We do not have a mount that works with this application.
We have found that older model BLRs may use the long action rail despite the caliber. Please measure your hole spacing to confirm

Evolution Gun Works recommend measuring the hole spacing in your receiver to confirm it matches with the dimensions we have published.
Picatinny cross slots run the full length of the rail, which gives the shooter flexibility when mounting scope rings and other accessories. The channel in the center reduces the overall mass of the mount. Also, in many cases, it will not obstruct usage of factory iron sights. Our one-piece scope mounts are the obvious choice for hunters and tactical shooters alike.
We machine these in our shop using one of our machining centers. After machining, the mounts are tumbled, sand blasted, and Type II anodized for long lasting durability.
Installation: We recommend 20 inch lbs of torque and a drip of blue loctite (loctite is available through our website and is sold separately).
We recommend:
0 MOA - if shooting 0-500 yards
20 MOA - if shooting 500-1000 yards
When zeroing your rifle with a 20 MOA mount, we recommend zeroing at 200 yards.
The entire mount and accessories (from the mounting screws and wrench down to the packaging) are made in the USA.

The browning bar picatinny rail from EGW also fits the Benelli R1 rifle. I own a Benelli R1 and was pleased to find that this rail was a perfect match for the pre-drilled holes to install a scope. It is solid and reliable, and I highly recommend it.

Note that Browning produced two versions of the BLR with different hole patterns. Some short-action BLR 81s may have holes drilled for long-action rifles, which this rail is designed to fit. To ensure compatibility, check the hole spacing for the rail against your Browning model.

My old mount just wasn't adequate. Not enough range to adjust for the full sight picture without having to move my head forward, leaving my normal shooting position. Now it is exactly the relief needed without adjusting my head.

Bought this Picatinny rail to go on a Browning 7mm Bar, to mount my Steiner GS3 3-15x56 scope, using Steiner T-Series scope rings. The mount fit perfectly, and the length of the screw was just right. This EGE scope mount looks great on my Browning Bar.

Great Mount base. Not much to say as it is just a Picatinny rail, but it fits perfectly and looks great. Would recommend for anyone needing this type of mount base on a browning bar rifle.
