One of the most frustrating problems with reloading is case failure. When the primer pocket becomes enlarged and will no longer hold the primer, the case is useless. Some shooters are even glueing their primers in with LOC-TITE! This is no longer a problem. By using the CASE SAVER, the primer pocket can be re-swaged to form a ring, or “SEATING SEAL” in the primer pocket.
Here is how it works:
1. The case is placed over the SUPPORT STAND.
2. The Guide Pin goes through the flash hole in the case and into the Guide
Hole in the top of the SUPPORT STAND.
3. Rap the punch LIGHTLY until the primer pocket grips the PUNCH. This indicates
the primer pocket diameter has been sufficiently reduced to allow a primer to
once again be held firmly in the case.
4. This process can be repeated as often as the primer becomes loose greatly
extending the life of the case.

Wow great device easy to use.very clever. I've had 24 cases sitting around I couldnt bring myself to through just because of loose primer pockets. This fixed them in 10 minutes. Only problem I had was the post flaring out over 10 case repairs till the case wouldn't come off the post. I had to file the flare down and off I went again. Just some harder steel on the post would solve this

I have not used this yet but I’m sure I will and I bought this before it got discontinued.....I had heard that the small rifle primer pocket fixer was going to be discontinued and before I could get one they were no longer available which is a HUGE let down and not only was I disappointed in the discontinued product but many many people in a group on FB was wanting these for the .224 Valkyrie since the caliber seems to eat brass because of weak primer pockets and now we can’t get these anymore......I don’t understand why one would discontinue something simple and easy to make but whatever.....still pissed the small rifle product got discontinued and so are many other people!!!!

After throwing away numerous expensive Weatherby cases. Out of desperation, I tried this primer pocket tool when my primers were once again falling out and had great success. Primer pockets were tighter than new and held primers very well. This truly works and I am glad to have discoved this product. I would highly recommend this to any reloader.
