The Blackhawk swivel stud adapter is Surprisingly sturdy. I purchased this adapter so that I could mount my Atlas Bipod to my Tikka T3 Lite in 7mm Mag. Have not had any issues so far. Four stars because the rubber grommet is not a perfect fit once tightened on the gunstock. It doesn't look awful but not complete either.

After trying this swivel stud Picatinny rail adapter, I'm putting these on all my rifles. It easy to install, doesn't get in the way, and makes attaching and removing a bipod VERY quick and easy. And I like having the sling attachment on end and out of the way.

Had the Blackhawk swivel stud Picatinny rail adapter mounted under a Ruger MkII bolt action 22lr rifle to put at atlas bipod on? Eventually pulled out the sling mount from my rifle stock. I blame this more on the construction of the 10/22 stock than the design of the adapter, but there may be better options to explore if the quality of your stock is questionable. Also, this adapter does make the rail extend out a decent amount, could be some lower profile options.

I used this swivel rail adapter on my Ruger 10 22 and had to make a minor change to my swivel stud because it wasn't an eye it had a solid center. After drilling the swivel stud this went on like a charm and works great. Great product.

A very nice secure fit. But! A big Butt! If Blackhawh included a an Allen wrench and providing a curved mount & adhesive attached pad to the adapter would make this A PERFECT ADAPTER. Absolutely excellent!

I've now bought several of these adapters to use my accu-shot bipod. I've found that a bipod with a Picatinny mount gives a more stable position that using the traditional stud mount. Also, this adapter is very easy to install, and you don't need to remove your swivel stud.

The Blackhawk Swivel Stud Picatinny Rail Adaptor is an excellent accessory. Fits nicely to the rifle stock and very easy to install. Easy to remove to go back to original stock and swivel stud.

I placed the rail adapter onto a Remington 700 SPS Tactical. I appeared to fit perfectly and seemed to work as it should. Nevertheless, when you install things of this nature, you do not want to lose them in the field. Therefore make sure you tighten it appropriately. When the Picatinny Rail Adaptor was tightened against the stock the small rubber gasket material that goes between the adapter and the stock, presumably to keep the adapter from damaging the stock when tightened, is forced out from under the adapter as it is tightened. If the sides of the rubber piece where a little wider I think the issue would be resolved. Otherwise, it appears to be a very dependable add-on.

Precisely what I needed to install my atlas bipod. I did not want to make another hole in the stock. It is straightforward to install and very solid. It is well made of steel, and the Picatinny rail can accept other accessories like a light.
