Fitment was horrible, it woukd have taken A LOT of work to get it to fit correctly. (1/8" gap between back of receiver and stock, and between trigger guard and grip. Looks cool, but not worth the work at this price.

Instillation was fairly easy and once installed, improved the fit of the rifle to my shoulder. I also very much like the overall look of the rifle now. Much improved over the standard stock and fore grip.

This review is of the stock only, not the front handguards. I didn't install the front, just the stock. The geometry of this stock is WAY better for me than the original wood stock. The butt sits lower into my shoulder, so I have more room to align the sights. The original stock is more in line with the barrel, which is good for counteracting muzzle climb, but bad if you can't mash your cheek far enough into the stock to line up the sights. The original stock sat up way too high on my shoulder, which caused pain after 100 rounds. This stock is much more ergonomic -- sits right where it should on my shoulder. Adds a little length of pull too. Installation was a snap (SAR-1) -- just drill a hole. You should tighten up the pistol grip screw before drilling the hole for the top tang screw since that will tell you where the stock wants to sit on the rifle. I replaced the original stock screw with a better one (those are the worst screws I think I've ever encountered). The ATI butt pad for this stock is just hard rubber -- not a recoil pad. It is wider than the stock butt, so should spread out the recoil over a wider shoulder area, but it is not soft in any way. It adds about another 1/2" to the LOP. This butt pad grips the stock butt very well (won't fall off like the UTG slip-on AK butt pad).

Great option for Ak accessories.

Excellent AK stock. It adds approximately an inch to overall length. Also fills in behind trigger guard, so trigger guard can't hit your firing hand's knuckle when shooting. Overall a big improvement!

I had to fabricate the butt stock to get it to fit. Grinding it in many areas to get it to fit around the inset bolts on the outside of rifle. It snuggs up pretty well and feels goot to shoot with. The handguards do not fit any AK-47 model. The bottom is way to short and the top is way too long. There is no fabricating you can do on this to get them to fit. Useless! After buying from this company, I went to Cabela's and found the same package for much less than I got it for at this company. Don't buy. Worthless!
