A.R.M.S. #78A Tangent Integrated Tilt Sight Mount with Aimpoint 3X Adapter
The #78 Tangent Integrated Tilt Sight Mt is a fast acting modular platform for your optic/magnifier. The universal design allows the optic/magnifier to tilt to either the left or right depending on which side the lever is on to accommodate left or right hand shooters. With the #78 on the receiver, simply pull back and tilt the optic/magnifier into place, release and the mount will lock in the selected position. Whether in line with your optic or tilted to the side, the #78 is stable when locked in either position with enough clearance for military folding rear sights. Comes with the Std. A.R.M.S. Throw Lever, and the Aimpoint spacer.w-Lever.

Is the gentleman in the other review the only guy offended by T.I.T.S? Anyone who has played around with the T.I.T.S knows how awesome it is to do so. That is by far the best name given to any AR15 accessory to date. Keep up the great work and stay creative. I would love to own each one of your creations..... You’re awesome!!

It fits nicely with an ARMS 22m68 mount using the cantilever and a #40L BUIS without needing more rail than just a regular flattop receiver offers. They just need a new acronym for the product or omit the silly T.I.T.S. wording on the side...at the very least they didn't have to highlight the word.
