They do their job. They are not quite rubber, but they are soft enough plastic to feel nice and grippy. They look great on my rifle-length quad rails. They can be a bit tough to get on. The trick is to get the very end of it attached on either side of your rail and then bend it slightly *backward* as you push the rest of it onto the rail.

Feels great; looks even better. They fit very tight on the rails and are well made. They almost feel like rubber, and nothing can match the grip they give you. You can cut them to fit around vertical grips and scopes, and don't let the description "full profile" fool you. They don't stick out more than 1/16", maybe 1/8". You will NOT be disappointed—one of the best additions to my Rock River.

I've used several of these over the years. I usually put them on the bottom of a rail then put ladder-type covers on the sides to give me more of an oval shape to the handguard. You can cut off sections to make it any length you need. The polymer is tough and rigid which can make it a handful to install, but that same rigidity makes it very rugged and secure when installed. I will buy more of them.

Excellent rail panel. Installation takes a couple of minutes. Once it's on, it feels solid, and the textured panels provide a sure grip.

I love these rail covers. They look great, install easily, are reasonably priced, and are very durable. I put these on my new Adams rifle build and am very impressed. These are noticeably better quality than certain other brands. If you're having trouble putting these on, slow down a look at the design. I found these easiest to install by starting at one end and working towards the other, rather than pushing the entire cover on at once.

Very solid and provides a good grip. Since the material is compliant, it will not knock around like solid panels. Much easier to put on and remove.

These Picatinny rail covers are easy to put on, they're very grippy, and they look great as well. They worked perfectly on my M4 clone with a Surefire M73 quad-rail forend.

I expected plastic, but these are much harder than I expected. They offer a good grip, and heat protection, but not comfortable at all.

Over all very nice piece. Good texture to grip the rail. Only problem was rubber is very tight and does not slide to easy when installing on rail. Takes a little work.
