I have been a fan of Breakthrough CLP for a few years now; it's great at preventing rust and cleaning moderate carbon buildup. For heavy carbon and copper fouling, I use a different cleaner, but for most cleaning tasks, Breakthrough CLP is my go-to choice. I recently purchased a small travel-sized bottle of LP, and I am impressed by its performance as a lubricant. I use it on all my firearms and knives to prevent rust, and so far, I've had no rust issues. I have had issues with rust in the past with different brand CLPs, but not with Breakthrough. The only minor issue I had was that the bottle arrived without the protective red rubber cap, and there was some oil leakage. I contacted their customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement top containing the rubber cap, needle, and screw top, all for free. Their product and customer service are excellent, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I saw a video about this lubricant and thought I would give it a try. It stays where you put it and has excellent lubricating properties. It will also clean your bore better than a solvent will

This fully synthetic, light viscosity lubrication is excellent for use on assisted opening knives. I use it on several Zero Tolerance folding knives, and it keeps them in excellent operating condition without attracting debris when carried in a pants pocket. I also use it for light lubrication on a vintage Sheridan Blue Streak .20 caliber pump pellet rifle. Due to this lubricating oil's full synthetic composition, it can be safely used for very lightly lubricating a pump rifle without the issues associated with petroleum-based lubricants. I have also successfully used this oil for lubricating the trigger assemblies on Sig semi-automatic handguns. Because of the low viscosity, I do not use it for greasing the slides. It is an exceptionally clean lubricant, it leaves no residue and does not attract dust or other contaminants.

My whole family has transitioned to Breakthrough. I've been using their products for a while, doesn't smell, holds up to abuse (doing burndowns), and stays on to protect for a good long time (no noticeable evaporation even after months of storage).

I decided to give the Breakthrough HP Pro Lubricant with the needle oiler a try a few months ago. I was sold instantly. Being able to control where your oil goes saves the lubricant. Also, I started using it on a NEW Glock and before the first round was fired, I was sold again!! Wear marks on the slide and barrel after 1k rounds were noticeably less than with remoil. this Lubricant is a little thicker, but I like how it will hold in the slide channel while you rebuild the weapon. Cycle the slide a few times, and everything is right in the world!!
