I bought this sight to put on a Springfield Armory Range Officer Elite target model. The gun initially came with a sight similar to this, only without the two white dots. This sight makes it much easier to aim. I would recommend this to anyone who prefers a three dot sight picture.

I purchased this rear sight and fiber optic front sight to improve the sight picture for pin shoot matches. Installation was much easier than expected, no fitting was required on my Springfield Armory 1911 Trophy Match. Zeroing the gun at 50 feet was a breeze.
