I am no expert on gun mounted lights but I bought one for me, liked it and bought a second for my wife's 20gauge. The hard part isn't the light but figuring out which mounts fit. My cat also likes the laser. :)

I have found the streamlight tlr 4 light/laser unit to be excellent for my AR15 and shotguns for a home defense scenario. Without adjusting the laser, I might be off by a couple of inches at home defense distances, but in the middle of the night defending my life, I am not shooting for a piece of paper or ribbon. Yes, you cannot activate the control while holding either one of these firearms; you turn the unit on as you are picking it up from storage rack.

The Streamlight tlr-4 is a good laser light that I will be using on my shotgun forend. One thing that was annoying though, it didnt come with the battery, this may have been because I had it shipped to Australia.

Works great in the night as well as in the day using the laser. It's a great deterrent.

I bought this for my H&K USP compact. Fit perfect, doesn't stick out to far. The switch is a rocker switch and can be turned on for a second, or to stay on. It can be turned on both right or left-handed with your finger without changing your grip. The only problem I have is finding holsters to fit gun with light, but H&K is not the easiest anyway. Just make sure whatever gun you get the light for that you can get a holster for it. I can get leg holsters but having a hard time finding a paddle holster. The Streamlight tlr-4 light is great.

Typical Streamlight quality in a compact package. The Streamlight 69240 tlr-4 has the same controls as the TLR-2, of which I am a big fan. Tight windage and elevation adjustments on the laser.

I'm using the Streamlight tlr4 weapon light on my glock19 gen4. The light is plenty bright enough, and the green laser is a very bright day or night and is still visible with the light on — great product I would recommend.

Ok, first would like to point out this is absolutely a solid scaled-down version of the TLR-2. I have had both, and this one packs a punch. Not as bright as the TLR-2, nor doesn't have the strobing feature, but is a solid tactical light. Fits under my G17 about 1/2" before the muzzle. I would highly recommend this along with any other Stream light product, no need, in my opinion, to go for a surefire at twice as much, this will provide enough lighting to surprise and disorient an attacker.

I'm an enthusiastic recreational shooter and bought the Streamlight TLR-4 for my FN FiveSeven pistol. I bought the standard rail version (69240), and it mounted correctly. This also works on my Glock 22. The laser was straightforward to adjust and holds a good zero between removal on and off and firearm recoil. This is a well-made pistol light at a excellent value and as always - fast delivery by Mountsplus!!!

This is a neat little pistol light. I got it for its compact nature as a fit for my XD-S .45ACP. It is a fantastic fit that does not lengthen the weapon much. It has good controls. It won't get in the way if you adopt a Weaver Stance. The light is very bright and has a vast circle. Ideal for those 5 meters or less engagements. The laser is bright and uniform and adjustable. I was able to swiftly set it up for perfect sight alignment at 5 meters. The construction is excellent, and it's relatively easy to install and setup yourself. I Highly recommended.
